They’re still out here working on the job, but I just wanted to take the time to leave a review. I highly recommend using Tracstar for your tree needs. From the very first contact I have been very impressed with this company. The quote process was fast and simple. I loved that I quickly received the quote through a link via text message. The price quoted was extremely affordable with what I was expecting, and the process to accept the price was easy.

They were able to make time for the job sooner than I expected, and had great communication when they were ready to come out to my house. The crew is friendly and fun to watch work. They are dropping multiple trees in my fenced in backyard and are extremely skilled with where they drop the limbs and trees. I can probably go on leaving more praises, but I’ll just leave it with a strong recommendation to look no further and give them a call!

This is the second time we’ve used Tracstar, and there’s no doubt that we will now use them whenever we have a need. We had a tree fall on our house during a wind storm, so I called their emergency line around 6:30pm. Theo was quick to respond and came out at 7:30am the next day to do the work. He was SO kind and professional, and the work was completed quickly and for a very affordable, reasonable price. We miss our tree but are thankful for their great service. I used this service twice. At my home they cut down and removed trees from my home. The crew was very professional and affordable. Because of the first job, I had them to clear the underbrush on my land. It was night and day on how my land looked. I would recommend Tracstar services to my family and friends.

I have used and been quoted for various tree services throughout Virginia Beach and Tracstar was, by far, the friendliest, most professional, quickest response, on time service I have used. Communication throughout the process was clear and prompt. They showed up on time, cleared out the trees, and cleaned up without a trace (even raked the back yard for the most part). I will definitely, DEFINITELY, use them again. From dealing with about 5-6 other similar vendors, they were a relief and actually cared about their client and the job.

Best service around from start to finish. Tracstar provided a great experience from the estimation process to project completion. They were prompt in providing an estimate which was the lowest provided by multiple bidders. They communicated well throughout the entire process. When they arrived they were very mindful to not damage my lawn and landscaping. I have to say the crew had some of the hardest working guys I've seen.
